30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your case is approved, we will provide the designated return address.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
A partial refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
To ensure a smooth process, please provide valid return tracking information.

2. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable during the processing of your order, our team will notify you promptly.

If you did not receive a notification, you may request a partial refund, which will cover the item amount and related shipping fees.

3. Size Issues

If you believe the size of your item differs from the measurements provided, please take clear photos showing:

  • The item laid flat

  • A measuring tape displaying the garment measurements

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If a return or exchange is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping

  • A partial refund or exchange will be arranged upon receiving the returned package

  • Tracking information is required to complete the process

4. Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing certain products:

  • A partial refund may be offered

  • Missing accessories or items may be reshipped when available

  • If reshipment is not possible, a partial refund will be issued

Please check your package carefully before signing for delivery.

5. Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges may be requested for:

Exchange Guidelines:

6. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
